Emma Wingo-Galloway, 92, of Wheeling, WV passed away peacefully on Monday, August 12, 2024, at the home of her loving and devoted daughter, Pamela Galloway-Tabb and son-in-law, Roy Tabb in Vienna, VA.
Friends and family will be received Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church, 105 12th St., Wheeling.
Interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
