Mary Ethel Briggs Barger, 79, of Cameron, WV passed away Wednesday August 21, 2024.
She was born April 1, 1945, daughter of the late Harrison and Gladys Kerns Briggs.
She was a Christian by faith. Retired from Home Health Care with many years of service.
Preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Patricia Allen, Pauline Dobbs (Dale), brothers, John Dean Briggs and brother-in-law Don Robinson.
Survived by her sibling, Margaret Robinson of Louisiana; Sarah (Scotty) Minton, Jack (Sue) Briggs, James Briggs, Roger Briggs, all of Cameron, WV. several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall County Animal Shelter, 37 Animal Shelter Drive, Moundsville, WV 26041.
Family will receive friends Sunday August 25, 2024, from 2-6 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 39 Maple Ave., Cameron WV, where services will be held Monday, August 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. With Brother Larry Delesio officiating. Interment will follow to Highland Cemetery, Cameron, WV.
