Silvia L. Shepherd, born on January 5, 1935, in Moundsville, WV, passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on August 9, 2024.
Friends will be received Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, from 11 am until time of service at 1 pm. Interment will follow in Sand Hill Methodist Church Cemetery.
