She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on February 5, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Palmina Jane (Lucarelli) Sall.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Weigand.
She is survived by son, Ian E. Weigand; daughter, Nicole D. Weigand, both of Martins Ferry; brother, Robert (Maggie) Sall, Shadyside, OH; sister, Tina M. (Steve) Bujenovic, Yellow Springs, OH.
