Elizabeth Ann Dzingeleski, age 88, of Wheeling passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
She was born June 26, 1936 in Adena, OH, daughter of the late Nello and Joan Mastnardo Calamito.
Elizabeth was a former doctor's secretary and a Catholic by Faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Carl Lewis Dzingeleski; one brother: Dominic Calamito and her beloved cat: Susie.
Survivors include two daughters: Chris (Dale) Seidler of Mt. Olivet and Carol Meiser of Bethel Park, PA; four grandchildren: Luke (Stephani) Seidler; Lindsey (Nathan) Tucker; Cory (Alycia) Meiser; and Shannon Selvoski; five great grandchildren: Camille, Isabelle, Joelle, Colton and Oliver; sister-in-law: Lucette Calamito of AZ; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved cat: Chaz.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 11:00am until time of Memorial Service at 1:00pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory. 1 Ridgecrest Road Wheeling/Bethlehem, with Fr. Paul Cabrita officiating.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall Co. Animal Shelter, 37 Animal Shelter Dr., Moundsville, WV 26041 or to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
The family would also like to thank Good Shepherd Nursing Home and the staff on 3 center for taking such great care of Elizabeth.
