CHAROLETTE LOGSDON

She was born in Moundsville on September 16, 1944, a daughter of the late Oscar and Marie (Norris) Magers. Charolette worked as a cook for Marshall County Schools until her retirement and was a member of the WV School Service Personnel Association. In Charolette’s younger years she was an avid barrel racer and always enjoyed being around horses, you could always find her on the farm with the animals.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Dedra Rayna Raddie and her sister, Donna Geho.

Charolette is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Dean Logsdon; two sons, Bryan Kinny and Roger Kinny; three step-children, Crystal (Gary) Holmes, Barry (Renae) Logsdon and Rhonda (Perry) Rine; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Monday, October 14, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., where funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 15 at 1 pm with Pastor Rich Siburt officiating. Interment will be held at Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens.
