“Together Again”
Linda Kay Bell, 80, of Jacobsburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024, in Altercare Nursing Home, Thornville, Ohio surrounded by her family. She was born July 15, 1944, in Glen Dale, West Virginia, daughter of the late Oscar Boyd Welling and Anna Mae Long Welling.
Linda was a retired customer service representative from Walmart in St. Clairsville. She enjoyed watching cooking shows and soap operas, doing word searches, baking and cooking, especially cabbage rolls pepperoni rolls, and no bake cookies.
But most of all she loved being “nana” and spending quality time with her family and grandkids.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde William Bell in 2024; her grandma, Clara Long, and several aunts and uncles.
Linda is survived by her children, Kimberly Ann (Joe) Siciliano, Dawn Renea Bumgardner and William B. (Rhonda) Bell; five grandchildren, Michael (Paige) Bell, Alyssa S. Bell, Joshua Paul (Kylee) Bumgardner, Addison Reese Newell and Aidan Ross Newell; cousins, John Tennant, Roger Tennant, Denise Hodges, Robin Hodges-Flach, and Dianna Brandon, Eldora Cumbee; Aunt Mary “Midge” Tennant; and special friends, Burma (Sue) Eubanks
Family and friends will be received on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at noon at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg with Chaplain Kris Bright officiating. Entombment will follow at Parkview Memorial Park, Wheeling, West Virginia.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg.
