VELMA “KITTY” KETTLEWELL
Velma “Kitty” Kathleen Lambert Kettlewell, 96, of Wheeling, WV, died Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
She was born January 17, 1928, daughter of the late Esta and Lola Eye Lambert.
She retired from Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kettlewell; brothers, George, Clinton and Carrol Lambert; and sisters, Imogene Tingler and Dottie Miller.
She is survived by her children, Judith (Michael) Braunlich, George Kettlewell and Kathleen (David) Eckman, all of Wheeling; siblings, Ervin, Benjamin and Linda Lambert and Katie George; grandchildren, Lori Sullivan, Courtney Westerberg, Bryan Braunlich, Justin and Zachary Eckman and Kaitlin VanDyne; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held Friday, October 25, 2024 at 10 AM with Father Joel Grissom officiating at Good Shepherd Nursing Home Chapel, 159 Edgington Lane, Wheeling.
Interment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
