VIRGINIA DAVIS
Virginia Mae Newland Davis, 86, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
She was born September 23, 1938, in Triadelphia, WV, daughter of the late Wilbur and Ida Mae Ruttencutter Newland.
Virginia was a secretary at a Wheeling Drug Store and later a housewife. She was a Presbyterian by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Ralph Edward Davis; sister, Linda Marie Newland; and three brothers, Glen Wesley Newland, Kenneth Ree Newland, Sr. & Donald Wayne Newland.
She is survived by her brother, David (Evelyn) Newland of Triadelphia, WV.
A chapel service will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 10:45 AM at The Washington Cemetery, 498 Park Avenue, Washington, PA 15301 with Pastor Mike Palmer officiating. Interment will follow the service.
