DEBORAH GARBARK
Deborah Moore Garbark, 75, of Wheeling, WV, died Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Liza’s Place.
She was born August 15, 1949, daughter of the late Robert and Nancy June Meeker Moore.
Deborah retired as a weight enforcer with the WV Department of Highways and was a Lutheran by faith. She was amazing, wild, joyful, happy and the best sister in the whole world. She liked to sing, dance and loved doing interior design.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Philip M. Garbark, Sr.; and sister, Linda Lou Moore.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Blake (Charity Faye Parsons) Gaylor and Jeffrey Scott (Melissa Goldbaugh) Stoehr; sister, Nancy (Clifton) Huner; granddaughter, Anna (Caleb) Custer; grandson, Zachary Gaylor; great-grandson, Grayson Custer; niece, Linda (Mike) Loborec; nephew, Brian (Nicole) Huner; great-nieces, Amanda Schimnoski and Lainey Huner; great-nephew, Mark (Jenny) Schimnoski; great-great-niece, Adeline “Chicky” Schimnoski; and great-great-nephew, Bradley Kraft.
Friends and family will be received Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 1 PM until the time of service at 3 PM with Rev. Margie Carr officiating at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311).
