Joan Lois (Brown) Garrison, 90, of Wheeling, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital.
Born October 16, 1934 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the beloved daughter of Thomas Brown and Florence Kephart.
Joan retired from the Linen Department at OVMC.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Leroy Garrison; daughter, Cathy Kerns; son, Barry Garrison; brothers, Kevin Kephart and Thomas "Dick" Brown.
Joan is survived by her brother, David (Linda) Brown; grandchildren, Lois (Larry) Coffman, Leslie Kerns, Jeremy (Dawn) Garrison, Rachel (Rich) Pattison; and great-grand children, Kenny Kuri, Kayla Kuri, Celeste Coffman, Larry Coffman, Robert Coffman, Kyle Kerns, Issac Garrison, Emma Pattison, Gage Garrison, and Leah Garrison; son-in-law, Robert Kerns; and special friends, Pam & Casey Hostutler.
According to Joan's wishes there will be no services. Interment held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
