Patricia Ann Hunt Lowe, 71, formerly of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Forest Hills Nursing Home, St. Clairsville, OH.
She was born July 5, 1953, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Burt E. Hunt, Jr. and Lois "Katie" Smith Hunt.
Patricia graduated as the valedictorian of her 1971 class at Avella High School. She continued her education at West Virginia University, ultimately attaining her Master's Degree. She was a retired Senior Vice President of Human Resources at WesBanco Bank and a Methodist by faith.
She loved to travel and enjoyed every last minute of her vacations. She had a smile that would light up a room, never passing on a good meal, a trip to the beach or a glass of white wine. She enjoyed her time living in Virginia and Florida later in life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Burt E. Hunt, III; and infant sister, Diane Hunt.
Patricia is survived by her two sons, Christopher Lowe of Wheeling, WV, Jeremy (Amanda) Lowe of Wheeling, WV; two sisters, Susan (Larry) Stimpson of Wellsburg, WV, Kitty (Tim) Elliott of Bethany, WV; five grandchildren, Tristin, Halie, Jack, Andrea, and Nic Lowe; and several nieces & nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Beacon House and Forest Hills Nursing Home for their care and support and her dear friends and family that visited her over the past several years.
Services and interment were held at the convenience of the family with Minister Craig Blankenship officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Kepner Funeral Homes, 2101 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling, WV (304-277-2722).
