Ronald Thomas Rupert, 82, of West Liberty, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, December 2, 2024, at Liza’s Place.

Friends will be received on Monday, December 9, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Kepner Funeral Home – Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling, WV 26003(304-277-2722), where services will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 11 am with Rev. Dennis Arnold officiating and Moundsville Veteran Honor Guard will conduct military services.
