ANNA DOFKA
Anna Marie Dofka, age 96, of Wheeling, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025 at the Bellaire Country Club Nursing Home, Bellaire, OH.
She was born October 22, 1928 in Wheeling.
Anna Marie was a RN at the former North Wheeling Hospital and assisted her husband, Martin, at Martin’s Food Market on Washington Ave. She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents Anastazia “Annetta” Kowalska Kloss and Joseph Kloss, she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin F. Dofka.
Surviving are a daughter, Sarita Dofka of Wheeling; five sons, Marty (Julie), Bill, Chris (Patty), Tim and Jim Dofka, all of Wheeling; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Funeral Mass for Anna Marie and her late husband Martin Sr. will be celebrated at a later date, following the Funeral Mass. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum.
