Ray Paul Nicoloan, 64, of Wellsburg WV died peacefully on Friday, January 24, 2025 with his family by his side.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of the memorial mass at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1017 Jefferson St., Follansbee, WV on Saturday, February 8, 2025 with the Rev. Father Gerald Muoka as celebrant. Immediately following will be a reception in the church cafeteria.
Inurnment will be held privately in Kadesh Chapel Cemetery in Beech Bottom, WV.
