ROBERT SAYRE

He was born October 16, 1943 in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Carl & Alma (Gandee) Sayre.

Bob loved to collect old trains and license plates from every state. He loved to buy and sell at flea markets and loved drag racing. He liked to go fishing and hunting especially with his nephews Billy, Mark, and Brian.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his ex-wife, Rose Marie Sayre; his sister, Ruth Munson; his brother, Roscoe “Bud” Sayre; his half-brothers, Frank & Carl Sayre; his half-sisters, Mary & Helen (infant); his daughters, Donna Jean & Bobby Jo Sayre; and grandson, Lance Thomas Hollway.

Bob is survived by his brother, Harold “Skip” Sayre; sister, Patty (David) Flinn; son, Robert “Bobby” Sayre, Jr; his daughters, Pamela (Rabi) Hawa and Michelle (Hugo) Cervantes; grandchildren, Felicia & Brooke Hawa; nieces, Terri Lynn Roddy and Ranee Sayre; nephews, Billy, Mark and Brian Cox; sister-in-law, Shirley Sayre.

Friends will be received on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 12pm until the time of service at 2pm, at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling (304-242-2311).
