RUTH MILLIKEN
Ruth Esther (Moss) Milliken, 98, of Dallas, WV, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, February 17, 2025 at her home.
She was born December 31, 1926, daughter of the late Harvey Arthur “HA” and Lila Jane Blake Moss.
She was a member of the Sand Hill CEO’s, the Dallas Senior Citizens, Marshall County Farm Bureau, Associate Supervisor for the N.P.S.C.D., a Chapel Volunteer at the Northern Correctional Facility and member of Church Alive in Key Ridge, OH.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George M. Milliken; sister, Wilda Moss Francis; and her twin brother, Byron “Barney” Moss; daughters, Patricia Roberts Chess, Betty Ruth Gregory and a son, James Sells.
She is survived by two daughters, Diana and Tonia; grandchildren ;great-grand children; and great-great- grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received Friday, February 21, 2025 from 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM and again Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 9:30 until the time of service at 10:30 AM at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311).
Interment to follow in Mt. View Cemetery, Dallas, WV.
