LUCINDA ALAMINSKI
Alaminski, Lucinda “Cindy” Ruth Winters, 66, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Moundsville Healthcare Center.
She was born March 2, 1958, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Claude K. and Tacie Adaline Kilgore Winters.
Cindy was a 1976 graduate of John Marshall High School and worked for 10 years at Walmart in retail and HR.
She was a member of Sand Hill United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening and crossword puzzles.
In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her son Victor Nolan Alaminski; brothers James Winters, Daniel Winters & Daryl Winters; sisters Eleanor Kernan, Linda Taylor, Louanna Gray and Claudia Schultz, and sisters-in-law Shirley Winters & Patricia Winters.
Cindy is survived by her son, Benjamin Winters; five siblings, Judy (Jim) Gray, David Winters, Shelley (Nick) Klamut, Crystal (Bernie) Gaus, Melody Morris; sister-in-law, Diane Winters; and many nieces & nephews.
Friends will be received on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) with Pastor Monica Salvo officiating.
