Friends will be received on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 6 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7:30 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Homes, 900 National Road, Wheeling, WV (304-232-2732). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Joseph, 1300 Eoff Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. Entombment will follow the mass in Mt.
