Carole “Kara” Lynne Chacalos Starr, 84, of Wheeling, WV, died Sunday, April 20, 2025 at home.
Friends and family will be received Friday, April 25, 2025 from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242- 2311).
Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, will be held at the convenience of the family.
