Gary Edward Smith, 75, of McMechen, passed away on April 22, 2025, after a long battle with mental illness.
Born April 21, 1950, he was a loving husband to Mary Jo, devoted father to Melissa, and cherished by many family and friends.
A Catholic Mass will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church in Benwood, with a luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. Condolences at www.schuetzfuneralhome.com
