LARRY MAIN

He was born on May 17, 1947 in Wheeling WV a son of the late Glenn Robert and Mildred (Buchanan) Main. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother Morris G. Main.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Bethany College where he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Larry was a Christian by faith. Larry retired from the Brooke County Health Department after 35 years as a Sanitarian. He was a member of the Lodge on Bethany Pike, and was a member of various committees for Brooke County over the years – most recently he was a member of The Building Committee for the new Brooke County Courthouse.

Larry is survived by his beloved wife Catherine (Lauck) Main at home; and two sons, Larry “L.T.” (Tonya) Main II of Wellsburg WV and Dan (Ricki) Main of Verona PA.

Visitation will be held on Friday April 25th from 4:00 pm until the time of the Funeral Liturgy of The Word at 7:00 pm with Father Justin Golna officiating at Mullenbach Funeral home 669 Main St Follansbee WV 26037.

Inurnment will be held privately
