AUDREY HALOSZKA

Audrey D. Haloszka passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in her hometown of Wheeling at the age of 99.

Audrey was born on August 19, 1925, the daughter of Norbert and Mildred (Ward) Stahl.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband John “Streaky” Haloszka, her brother Gene Stahl, and her son-in-law Etz Rine, Jr.

Audrey leaves behind her three children Janis (Bo) Gillenwater, Terry “Streaky II” (Karen) Haloszka, and Molly (Jeff) Cieply; grandchildren Jason (Heather) Rine, Justin (Becky) Rine, Josh (Rebecca) Rine, Jade (Tim) Meagher, Alysha Nichols (Sis Isaacs), Jazlyn (Eric) Reineke, Alex Haloszka, Cayla (Tyler) Morando, Cameron (Brandon) Tucker; and 22 great-grandchil- dren. A special thanks to Jazzy, who provided tender love and care to her grandmother.

Audrey was a wonderful mother and grandmother and a great cook who loved cooking for her family. The family would like to offer thanks to the Miller boys and the girls at the deli at Neely’s Grocery. She was their oldest customer.

To the world she was one person; to us she was the world.
