JUSTIN DONAGHY

He was born on May 28, 1975, in Wheeling, West Virginia, son of Robert Lee Donaghy, and the late Nancy Carol “Murph” (Sailer) Donaghy.

Justin attended Easter Seals, Elm Grove Elementary, Wheeling Middle School, and graduated from Wheeling Park High School. He was kind hearted and loving toward everyone he met and a joy to be around. As an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he enjoyed showing everyone his Steelers bedroom which was filled with an extensive collection of memorabilia that he was very proud of. He loved watching his Mr. Rogers DVD collection, game shows on television, especially The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune, and was also a die hard WWE Wrestling fan. He especially looked forward to going out to dinner and a movie, playing putt-putt golf, and watching the NFL Draft every year with his best bud.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by an infant nephew, Gabriel Foster. He is survived by his father, Robert Lee Donaghy; sister, Paula (Chuck) Foster; brother, Robert (Erika) Donaghy; nephews and nieces, Nathaniel, Benjamin, and Caroline Foster, and Liam and Fiona Donaghy, all of Wheeling, WV; numerous aunts and cousins; and his devoted “Best Bud,” of 35 years, Mr. Ed Stein.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling, WV from 4 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will at Thursday, May 29, 2025 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling, WV at 10 a.m. with Interment to follow.
