WILMA ARTIMEZ
Wilma M. Wilson Artimez, age 96 of Elmhurst, Wheeling, WV, formerly of Moundsville, WV died Monday, May 12, 2025 in Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.
She was born April 18, 1929 in Moundsville, WV the daughter of the late Ross A. and Gordia M. Conwell Wilson.
She was a Volunteer for 30 years for Meals on Wheels.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband of 57 years, John E. Artimez; four sisters, Lucille J. Sills, Geraldine Scott, Avonel Bero, and Betty Whyte; and a brother, Carl E. Wilson.
Survivors include a son, John E. Artimez, Jr. (Sherry Morgan) of Wheeling; grandchildren, Brittany Rae Artimez, and John E. Artimez, III; and several nieces and nephews including two special nieces, Suzanne Artimez and Barbara Steger, who loved and cared for her as if she was their mother.
Private Services and Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
