Joan Milliken, 91, of Dallas, WV, passed away Friday June 6, 2025 at her home.
She was born on November 14, 1933, in Marshall County, WV, daughter of the late William J. and Marie Gamble Riggle.
Joan retired as an LPN from Peterson Hospital and was a Protestant.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Glenn H. Milliken; an infant daughter; brother, Clyde Riggle; and two sisters, Evelyn Earnest, Mary Ellen Whipkey.
Surviving are her daughters, Brenda (Larry) Wensyel of Austintown, OH and Vickie (John) Monto of Wheeling, WV; three grandchildren, Shelley (John) Salvato of Boca Raton, FL, Shannon (Rob) Saunders of Northfield, OH, and John Monto of Wheeling, WV; six great-grand- children, Brooke, J.T., Shea, and Bree all of Florida, and Decker and Isla of Ohio.
Friends will be received on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) with Pastor George Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery, Dallas, WV.
