BARBARA BLAKE

She was born September 4, 1944, in Wheeling, WV to the late Earl and Jessie Shreve Spencer. Barbara was a devoted wife, mother and loving grandmother. She was a home maker, avid bingo player, bowler, and a friend to everyone. She never met a stranger.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers Carl “Sonny” and Paul “Pete” Spencer, her sister Shirley Spencer and grandson Johnathan Barnhart. She is survived by her husband Buster Terry Blake, three sons Robert “Bob” Williams (Clara), Earl “Bud” Williams both of Wheeling, WV, Terry “Buck” Blake (Kristy) of Canton, OH, three daughters Diana Williams Hannen (Tom) of Wheeling, WV, Bobby Jo Blake McDowell (Brian) of Bremen, OH, Tracy Blake Johnson of Wellsburg, WV. Barb had fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV. Funeral service, Friday, July 25, 2025, at Noon at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Wellsburg, WV.
