JUDITH WEIGAND
Judith L. Weigand, age 81, of Proctor, died Sunday July 20, 2025 in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born January 17, 1944 at Captina, WV; the daughter of the late Jacob and Helen Evans Allman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard R. Weigand; her brother, Ronald J. Allman; and granddaughter, Ashley N. Weigand.
She was a member of the Harvest Baptist Church; a homemaker; and she loved her church family.
Survivors include daughter, Deborah (Terry) Simms of Proctor; son, Richard (Susan) Weigand of Holmesville, NE; two sisters, Evelyn Hudson of Proctor and Donna Morris of Carmichaels, PA; a brother, Daniel Allman of Carmichaels, PA.; three grandchildren, Cole (Aleece) Simms of Glen Dale, Kelly (Zach) Smith of Moundsville, and Dalton (Jocelyn) Weigand of Holmesville, NE; one great granddaughter Margaret Weigand of Holmesville, NE; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Friday 11am until time of funeral service at 1pm at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, with Pastor Larry Jenkins officiating.
