Jeanette "Jet" M. Schmitt, 85, of Niskayuna NY, passed peacefully into glory on August 20, 2025.
Born October 25, 1939, in Wheeling WV, Jeanette was the daughter of the late Joseph Mack and Helen Teliga Mack.
She is survived by her daughters Christina Flaspohler of Niskayuna, NY and Cindy Martino of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and her grandchildren Michael (Kaye) Flaspohler, Erik and Emma Flaspohler. She also is survived by her great grandson Noah Flaspohler.
In addition to her parents, Jeannette was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Mack of St. Clairsville, Ohio, and her sister, Joanna McConnell of Hiawassee, Georgia.
Friends may call on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Grace Fellowship Church, 1 Enterprise Ave, Clifton Park, NY, with visitation from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a service to immediately follow. All are welcome to stay for refreshments in the cafe afterwards.
