JEFFERY KESTNER
Jeffery Allan Kestner, age 57, formerly of Moundsville, WV, passed July 4, 2025 at his home in Cocoa, FL. Born Ocober 1, 1967, Jeff was a graduate of West Greene High School.
Preceded in death by: Paternal Grand- parents, Charles & Wilma (Gatten) Kestner. Maternal Grandparents, Thurman & Margaret (Lilley) Hill. Father, Howard Kestner, infant brother Rickey Kestner, wife Cecelia Kestner, and brother-in-law Richard King.
Survived by: Mother, Shirley Kestner of Moundsville, life partner Sherrie Glover of Cocoa, FL, sisters Terri King of Wheeling and Kathie (James) Allen of Moundsville. Nieces Jennifer Kittle (James Groves), Ashley (Chris Bowie), and nephew James Allen, Jr. Several great nieces and nephews.
Jeff lived his life to the fullest and on his own terms, and will be sadly missed by his loved ones.
A memorial luncheon will be held in his honor on Saturday, August 9th, at 1pm at Wood Hill United Methodist Church in Moundsville. All friends and family are welcome.
