Michaela Leota Karr, 85, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025 at Liza's Place.
She was born June 6, 1940 in Glen Dale, WV, the daughter of the late Roy and Delores (Miller) McGary. Michaela was a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church and took great joy in raising her two sons. She lived a life of quiet grace, preferring the comfort of close companionship to the spotlight. Michaela enjoyed photography and taking photos in her spare time and of course loved being with her two grand-dogs.
In addition to her parents, Michaela is preceded in death by her brother, Marvin McGary and one son, Vince Karr.
She is survived by one son, Gene (Cait) Karr of Proctor, WV and her two grand-dogs, Roz and Ensel.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 11 am at Oak Grove Methodist Church Cemetery, Moundsville.
