PHILIP SEBULSKY

He was born November 22, 1942, in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Louis and Cecilia Bott Sebulsky.

He was a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and West Liberty State College.

Philip was the owner/operator and President of Sebulsky Industries and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Elm Grove.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Raynor and David Sebulsky; and a sister, Sylvia Rutledge.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Linda Crossland Sebulsky; a daughter, Christine (Joseph) Pedelose of Wheeling; three sons, Mark (Jill) Sebulsky of NC, Jeff (Courtney) Sebulsky of Winchester, KY, and Micheal Sebulsky of Louisville, KY; a brother, Ron Sebulsky of Wheeling; five grandchildren, Tyler, Anita, Jacob, Harper, and Saul; two great-grandchildren, Riley and Madelyn; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Road, Bethlehem/Wheeling, WV, with Fr. Jeeson Stephan officiating.

Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
