MARK GARRISON
Mark Garrison, 69, passed away peacefully at his home on September 4, 2025, with his devoted wife, Joylene, by his side.
He was born on August 24, 1956, a son of the late Helen and Lance Garrison. Mark was a fixture in the local country music scene and had an exceptional talent for finger picking guitar.
Mark is survived by his loving wife, Joylene Garrison; his daughter, Charity (Kevin) Caperton; his son, Shane (Jamie) Riggle; his three adoring granddaughters; his brother, Jerry Garrison and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Roger Garrison, and his sister, Vickie Morningstar.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 4 – 8 pm and Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 10 am until time of services at 11 am at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Lutes & Kirby – Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville.
