PATRICIA CARL
Patricia Ann (Barr) Carl, 94, of Cadiz, OH passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at The Meadows/Carriage Inn of Cadiz.
She was born July 21, 1931 in Wheeling, WV to the late Leon and Dorothy (Schrump) Barr.
Patricia was an active member of her church, St James Evangelical Lutheran Church, and loved to help out with all the activities, especially the food pantry.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Carl; her sisters, Betty Jean Smith and Beverly Hartman; her brothers, Jerry Barr and John Barr.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Todd) Hoskins; her grandchildren, David (Karie) Hoskins, Megan Hoskins, Alexis Hoskins; her great-grand children, Isabella Hoskins and Kali Hoskins; and her sister, Ramona “Skip” Reger.
Friends will be received on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 10am until the time of service at 1pm, at Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Rd. Wheeling (304-232-2732). Interment to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
