CHARLIE THOMAN
Charlie Thoman, 71, formerly from Wheeling, WV, passed away November 8, 2025. He was a son of Oscar and Rose (Cecil) Thoman.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Roseanna Thoman and sister-in-law Norma Thoman.
He is survived by his sister Cecilia (Noel) Bremer, brothers Fred, Bob & Franz, also many nieces and nephews.
