DAVID BEAZEL

He was born October 18, 1944 in Wheeling, WV.

He worked at Wheeling Heating Co, Power City Plumbing, OMVC as construction manager, and at Ohio Co Board of Education in the maintenance department until he retired in 2009.

He loved the outdoors, and was the 1st president and founder of Mozart Sports Association. He liked coaching baseball, riding his Harley, playing golf, and was a big fan of the Steelers, Pirates, and Mountaineers.

Dave was a member Christ Evangelist Lutheran Church, Cave Club, IOLA Club, and Elm Grove Eagles.

He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Ruth Beazel; his wife, Susie Dickman Beazel; and two brothers; Walter Beazel, and Jim Beazel.

He is survived in death by his brother; Bill Beazel; his children, Jodi (Jose Caban) Och, David Eric (Kamala) Beazel, Dena (Andrew) Hicks; and grandchildren, Josh, Samantha, David Hunter, Deadra, Dustin, Rumer, Jacob, Lola, Ann; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Saturday December 20, 2025 from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 12:00pm at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wheeling, WV. Pastor Debbie Gable as celebrant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Christ Lutheran Church Mozart 2 Richmond Ave, Mozart/Wheeling, WV 26003.

A luncheon will be held in the Fellow Hall following the service.
