ROGER “BILL” FRANCIS
Roger William “Bill” Francis, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025.
Visitation will be held Tuesday December 23, 2025 from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services,1109 2nd St., Moundsville, W.Va. The Moundsville Honor Guard will conduct military honors.
Burial immediately following services to Beeler’s Station Christian Church Cemetery.
