ROY HALLER
Roy Day Haller, 79, a proud veteran and innovative businessman, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 1, 2025, at home in Gainesville, Va. surrounded by his loving family.
Friends and family will be received at Kepner Funeral Home, Woodsdale, 900 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003 (304-232-2732), on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 11:00 a.m.until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Margie Carr officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
A celebration of Roy’s life will be held at Speidel #9 cabin in Oglebay from December 10th through 13th. All friends and family are welcome to visit and share memories during this time. If anyone needs directions or has any questions please contact his daughter, Dori at 239-989-2011.
