ETHEL TANNER
Ethel “Penny” Ola Tanner, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, in Wheeling, West Virginia, at the age of 82.
A chapel service to honor her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens.
Services have been entrusted to Altmeyer Funeral Home – Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel.
