JOYCE ELMORE
Joyce Marie Shank Weisal Elmore, 88, of Zanesville, and formerly of Wheeling passed away Monday December 8, 2025.
She was born December 25, 1936, daughter of the late Walter and Elsie Mae (Winters) Shank.
She was a retired Homemaker and member of St. Mark Lutheran.
Friends will be received Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 11 am until the time of service at 12 pm at St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, 141 Kruger St., Wheeling.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark Lutheran.
