KELLEY THARP
Kelley Sue “Gammaw” Tharp, 57, of Wheeling, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Moundsville Healthcare Center.
She was born July 2, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Harold and Pauline (Hebert) Tharp. Kelley was retired from Cardinal Health. She loved watching her shows, cherished her faith in the Lord, and was a member of the former Dallas Pike Baptist Church. Most of all, she loved being a grandma.
She is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Elizabeth Hebert and Dorothy Cunningham; and the father of her children, Harold “Bucky” Orum.
Kelley is survived by her parents; her children, TJ (Casey) Orum and Shannan (Jess) Orum-Scherich; grandchildren, Oaklynn Orum and Aiden Price; a brother, Christopher (Aubrey) Tharp; a sister, Jamie Tharp; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her beloved grand-dogs.
Per Kelley’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311).
