DAVID KINS

David was born on February 22, 1949. He was the son of the late Frank Kins and Nelda (Liming) Kins.

David was a West Liberty State College alumni and successful entrepreneur who took great pride in building and operating several businesses including Budget Marketing and Ryan Enterprise of Wellsburg, West Virginia. And as a passionate sports fan, he rarely missed cheering on his beloved West Virginia Mountaineers, Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins, and was thrilled to attend the Super Bowl once in his life. Above all else, David treasured time with his family and especially loved traveling together on beach vacations, creating memories that will be cherished forever. He was also a member of the Wellsburg Christian Church.

David is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia (Welch) Kins of Wellsburg, WV, two sons, Ryan Kins and his wife, Crystal, of Ambridge, PA, and Jeremy Kins and his wife, Emily, of Wexford, PA, three grandchildren, Chelsea DeVore, Payton Kins, and Oliver Kins, and a mother-in-law, Martha Welch.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, February 16, 2026 from 11:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304)737-3551

Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg, WV.
