SANDRA HALL
Sandra Sue (Miller) Hall, 79, passed away on February 25, 2026, in her hometown of Wheeling, WV. Sandra was born on November 20, 1946, the daughter of Frank Howard and Lucretia Maude (Ogden) Miller.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her son David Lee Hall II.
Sandra leaves behind her husband of 58 years David Lee Hall, son David Lee Hall III and his wife Carol, and grandchildren Charlotte, Megan, and David Hall.
A graduate of West Liberty University, Sandra worked as an elementary school teacher in the Marshall County school system until opening her own early childhood education and daycare center. Later in life she volunteered at Wheeling Hospital. Her greatest joy was her family.
Sandra’s private services have been entrusted to Altmeyer Funeral Homes Elm Grove Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens.
