Frank Anthony Martino, 96, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Golden Oaks Residential Board and Care in Follansbee, WV.
Family and friends will be received at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main Street, Follansbee, WV, on Friday, March 20th from 4-7 P.M. A Funeral Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at the funeral home on Saturday, March 21 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Father Justin Golna officiating.
Interment will follow in Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg, WV, where full military honors will be conducted by the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad and the United States Army Honor Guard.
