Joan Elizabeth Frederick Mudge, 95, of Wheeling, WV, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Stone Presbyterian Church, 25 East Cove Avenue, Wheeling, WV. Luncheon to follow.
