Barbara Diane Jarrett, 61, of St. Clairsville, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the home with her family by her side. She was born November 16, 1964 in Glen Dale, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Homer Franklin and Mable Ruth Doyle Lilley, Sr.
Barb was a retired secretary for Classic A Properties and a former employee of Sew Biz. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Barb enjoyed camping, Kid’s Club at the church and her special grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Homer Franklin Lilley, Jr.; two sisters, Carol Ann Forrester and Debra Jean Lilley.
Surviving are her husband, Dean A. Jarrett of St. Clairsville; a daughter, Nicole Marie (Larry) Anderson of Proctor, West Virginia; a son, Jason Dean (Lea) Jarrett of St. Clairsville; seven grandchildren, Bradley, Michael, Dakoda, Clarissa, Clinton, Courtney and Elle; three great grandchildren, Bentley, Kaylin and Weston.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville. Friends again will be received on Thursday from 10 am until time of funeral services at 11 am with Pastor Dr. Brian Bee officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
