DAWN TIBBS

She was born July 6, 1972, in Wheeling, WV to Kenneth Riggs (Shari Doerr) and Sheila Stewart (Greg Leaton). Dawn was preceded in death by her daughter Deanna Tibbs.

In addition to her parents, she was survived by her daughter Ciara Tibbs (Aaron Schons) of Weirton, WV, her sister Lynde Riggs (fiance Brandon Holmes) of Shadyside, OH, three grandchildren Brayden Corey and Brooklynn Forrester, and a grandson on the way, and a step granddaughter Isabella Schons, several aunts, uncles and cousins also survived.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Tim Colvin officiating.
