JAMES B. BOSWORTH

He was born February 22, 1938 in Glen Dale; the son of the late Essel Ogden and Lethie Mae Beatty Bosworth.

Jim was veteran of the US Army serving during the Vietnam War; a retired pipe fitter from PPG Chemicals; a member of the First Christian Church in McMechen, where he was a former elder, and the American Legion Post 3, Moundsville. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and in his younger years, oil painting and woodcarving.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Janet Bell; and one brother, Steve Bosworth.

Survivors include his wife, Katherine Horan Bosworth; one daughter, Cathy (Greg) Gellner of Glen Dale; one son, James B. Bosworth III of Moundsville; five grandchildren, Ryan (Blake) Gellner, Jackie (Adam Brown) Gellner, Garrett Gellner, Levi (Aleasha) Bosworth, and Bret Bosworth; five great-grand children, Calla, Zeke, Barrett, Haisley, and Kade; several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held by the family with interment in McMechen Cemetery.
