SHIRLEY CLEGG

She was born August 17, 1939, in Clarington, OH, a daughter of the late John and Lucy (Shaw) Pfalzgraf.

She was a retired data key puncher at the Ormet Corp and was a member of Order of Eastern Star #261 New Matamoras, OH, American Legion Auxiliary Post 76 Hannibal, OH, and Moose Lodge Auxiliary #931 New Martinsville, WV and attended Living Water Baptist Church Sardis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Bill, Ed, Ken & Jim Pfalzgraf and three sisters, Genevieve “Dee” Agnew, Dorothy Kline and Carol Patterson.

Survivors include a daughter, Pamela (Les) Zills of Alma, WV; a son Charles Clegg Jr. of New Martinsville, WV; 6 grandchildren, Cary (Chelsea) Wichterman, Zach Wichterman Chase (Ali) Wichterman, Rob (Rachel) Clegg, Jordan Clegg, and Tristan Clegg, three step grandchildren, Nathaniel, Zach and Anna Zills, 12 great-grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren and several special friends.

Family will receive friends on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 at the Grisell Funeral Home 37234 Mound St. Sardis, OH.

Interment will follow in Sardis Cemetery.
