CANDY O’KELLEY

She was born June 12, 1952, in Wheeling, daughter of the late Kenneth and Bonnie Everson Black.

Candy was a former employee at Marx Toy Factory, Wheeling Power (AEP) and The Catholic Diocese of Wheeling. She was an animal lover, especially her beloved cats.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Gene O’Kelley.

Survivors include two brothers: David (Sue) Black of Bethlehem and Kenneth “Willie” Black of Wheeling; one sister: Janet Montgomery of Wheeling and numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Road, Bethlehem/Wheeling.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
